Richtech Robotics puts AI robot ADAM on 24/7 livestream

Normalizing the Robotic Worker

Richtech Robotics is attempting to overcome consumer skepticism of humanoid machines by putting its dual-armed service robot on public display. The company launched a continuous YouTube livestream this week featuring ADAM, a service robot powered by NVIDIA Jetson Thor hardware and the Isaac robotics platform. Unlike pre-recorded demonstrations, the broadcast allows global users to ask questions and receive dynamic, unscripted responses in real time. This strategy shifts the robot from a traditional automated tool into an interactive entity, aiming to build public familiarity with embodied AI.

The livestream can be watched here and there is a QR code for interaction with the robot.

The Hospitality Strategy
This public stress test carries direct implications for the hospitality industry, a sector actively seeking automation to combat persistent labor shortages. Richtech is currently demonstrating ADAM at the HITEC 2026 conference, where the machine is mixing cocktails and serving drinks to hotel and restaurant executives. By livestreaming the conversational capabilities of the robot, the company is offering a continuous proof of concept to prospective buyers. The message to the hospitality market is that machines can now handle unpredictable, customer-facing interactions rather than just repetitive background tasks.

Commercializing Physical AI
The livestream also serves as a live demonstration of commercial readiness. ADAM is already deployed in high-traffic environments, including coffee shops and a Times Square retail store. Subjecting the robot to unscripted internet queries exposes its language models to extreme edge cases. For hospitality brands considering multi-million dollar investments in physical AI, this level of transparency is a necessary step to prove these systems will not fail when interacting with unpredictable human customers in a hotel lobby or cafe.
